22.01.2022 It's that time... Amazing person appreciation Thursday (that's now a thing) Everyone meet one of my clients Kerrie! The above photos are before after after photos of the challenge she entered with me a few months back! Kerrie killed every one of her workouts and gave 100% to everything she did! We were training for a brutal hike coming up and her fitness levels went through the roof! Not to mention her results! Kerrie still trains with me now and is gearing up for her hike in a couple of weeks time (this crazy lady climbs mountains with weighted packs on her back) Anyway, enough of me dribbling. Just goes to show how dedication and hard work definitely can get you places, and look a that smile ! Go Kez

03.01.2022 This morning we incorporated intervals into our functional cardio session, burnt 330 calories and kept our heart rate within 80-90% of its maximal rate in half an hour! This lady continues to amaze me with her dedication to sessions and her strength! @uggs67
