19.01.2022 Just a reminder for this weekend on Saturday we have another working bee on. We have Stewie Clay ( Webb tree services) coming up to cut down the trees around the club house. We had a fantastic turn out for last Saturdays working bee and the retaining wall looks great. It would be awesome if we could get as many people up there as we can. 8am start. 17.01.2022 Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday comps are still running to financial members only. 2 person groups only. Please organise your own playing partner and time to play as we are unable to all meet at the same time. There will be an updated handicap sheet posted outside the club house every saturday afternoon. An A4 sheet will be left there for sunday comps scores.... Fees to be placed in green fees box Aswell as score cards. All scores will be done at home by commitee and results posted on Facebook. This is new for all of us and we will, no doubt be making adjustments/improvements to this format as we go through the season. 14.01.2022 Hope you have all been enjoying your exercise on the golf course, we have had record numbers playing in our competitions. Which has been great for the club, but will be even be better when we can fully open up again. This weekend we were supposed to be playing a Foursomes championships but we changed that to a 4BBB Championship. (Play your ball right out and take the best nett score on the hole). ... The event is sponsored OUTBACK TYRES. We have decided you dont necessarily have to play with your partner but you MUST merge your cards when finished. Men can chose own partner. Must putt out.

13.01.2022 Today we played out 2nd monthly medal sponsored by On Course Golf. Medal shirts by SEQ Advice. We had a great roll up of 20 men and 6 women aswell as a few social players out on the course through the day. Our winners for the day were for the ladies Leonie Hopgood, rup was Rhonda Cullen and putts went to Jean Kahler Mens winner was Clinton Orford on C/B with Shane Bower coming in Rup, run down was Don Orford and Keith Mayne and Bower took out the putts. Well done to everyo...ne. Next week 3/5/20 we have a staleford event sponsored by mitre 10. See you all There. The following week 10/5/20 foursome championships have been postponed and we will play the 4bbb championships in its place. The Matchplay draw has been finalised and will be put up at the golf club on the window, I will also put it on this page. First round will need to be completed by the end of May.

Then we will have a bbq and do presentations followed by 4 holes of night golf. Again a 2 person Ambrose. This will be a fun day/night so come along and bring some friends. Springsure Junior Golfers will also be joining us with their family and friends.
