16.01.2022 Hey guys if your looking for a personal trainer why not try out STACE FITNESS. I know that it is a scary thought being trained by a girl younger than you, but why not give me a try. I may even surprise you. At the moment I offer boxing sessions, resistance sessions, cardio sessions, and older adult sessions. (I also do a mixture of all three in programs). I am also currently completing my bootcamp course, so don't think about it just call me and arrange/ book a training ses...sion with myself. :) Erskine Park / St Clair area $15 for half an hour $30 for one hour Other areas have a different cost, (not much more though), let me know what suburb you live in and we can find a spot your comfortable to train at, i also come to your home if you feel most comfortable there :).
