23.01.2022 As Rev Dr John Squires says, I think the crux of the wonderful book of Romans written by Paul of Tarsus is affirming that despite Israels initial rejection of Jesus as Messiah, in the end all Israel will be saved. The delay is to give time for all the Gentiles to get the good news as well. Romans chapters 11-13.

11.01.2022 Hi everyone, In the Emotionally Healthy Spirituality study this week we explored the Lectio Divina (Divine Word) method of prayer along with the topic of handling grief and loss the way Jesus did. As we listened to the same readings in different versions of the bible, what jumped out to me were the words I am perplexed, but not cast down. And I thought how true those words were for my life and our ministry together during this pandemic! With things changing almost daily, like mask wearing, travel distances, permits and how many people from how many households can be in the same room at once, planning our church life can be very perplexing! But I am not cast down. I know that God is with us, and will help us every day to do what we need to do. So hear these words as God’s word to us all! Thanks be to God! Blessings Wendy

Is this something we need?

02.01.2022 In the last two years we've portrayed the Advent story in drawings on the inside of our windows; this year, we've begun to track the story on the outside... Co...me surely, Lord Jesus, as dawn follows night, our hearts long to greet you, as roses, the light. Salvation, draw near us, our vision engage. One candle is lit for the hope of the age. Words: Mary Anne Parrott

01.01.2022 Its always great to check in with people - give someone a call or a text, asking Are you ok?. Its even more important especially in our time of isolation. So reach out to someone you may not have been in contact with for a while or those you chat to all the time but dont specifically ask the question R U OK? Its important to remember and remind each other that we arent doing this alone.
