Driving through the numinbah valley stopping at the Natural arch to take in the trees waterfalls and bird life#earthbound,#nature, #life #countrylife Then we were off for lunch at the famous Flutterbies cafe in Tyalgum, OMG this place just get cooler and cooler everytime I visit!!... From there we drove through Moo Moo Land onto to Byron and checked into the hotel. 18.01.2022 Its a week of Gardens, water and animals! Today we explored and loved the Japanese Gardens, Ipswich. We are about to head to Some of Toowoombas best displays and the the night garden!

18.01.2022 What was once 'The Ettamogah Pub' is now 'The Banana Bender!' (Has been for some years now) I would describe it as RAFFLES MEETS HAWAII! I finally stopped driving past this absolute gem! (Im in love) This place is to congratulated on originality, style, personality and to the owners forsight. Im told by staff, when the owners there, he's dressed with as much personality his hotel. This place is an experience to behold! Mcdonalds isnt an experience, this is! Do yourself a favour, put it on your bucket list!!

14.01.2022 REDCLIFFE MARKETS Im not sure why but this was the first time going to the Redcliffe markets. You could easily spend a day/weekend here. The weather was good, the market vibe was electric, the water sparkled and people were enjoying themselves!

09.01.2022 Merry Xmas everyone!! What a crazy ole year it's been It has certainly been trying with many ups and downs and plenty of curve balls. Xmas day is to reflect and count your blessings. I have many blessings. Last night my family and I had a Xmas eve dinner, my grandaughter stopped us all from eating to tell us how she appreciated us individually. At 10 years old I think she was the wisest at the table. That was better than any Xmas present we could give

08.01.2022 Wow, last night we had the pleasure of being a part of an amazing evening out! We were sitting outdoors, surrounded by trees and nature, blankets out, picnic baskets full, listening to the Sacada's, Kookaburra's and frogs. Then out of the night comes voices of song that filled the night air, our hearts and souls! followed by aboriginal dance and story telling, more songs, crystal bell ringing and drum beats. The sky was lighting up and rain came down and we loved every minute of it. It was xxx a night to remember

01.01.2022 What a wonderful farm stay. Robyn, Jason, Ezie and bubs are wonderful hosts. Feeding the animals, learning their names and stories is all part of experience! We look forward to the morning when we get to do it all again for the morning feed. Tomorrow night we are going to roast marshmellows on the fire!
