09.01.2022 :: PERSONAL EVOLUTION :: THIS changed the way I looked at rituals when I realised it’s ok to change them as regularly as I want and it’s ok to ‘fall off the bandwagon’. It’s just a sign that I’m evolving and changing and it’s time to mix things up! Our energy can change moment to moment depending on our environment, our thoughts, our movement or lack of, our diet, our emotional landscape and so much more. ... 03.01.2022 :: FOLLOWING THE CALL OF YOUR SOUL :: Amongst the sick kids, beating mastitis again , school holidays and all the other life things happening in life right now I need to make time to follow the call of my soul.
