25.01.2022 It is with absolute shock and devasation I inform all and sundry on behalf of the Palmer family , that today Tony Lee Palmer passed away 46yo, he fell ill on tuesday, fought the battle like no other for a few days but succumbed this afternoon, To Sandra and the kids, To Tony snr and his siblings, i cant begin to imagine how you feel, he was a great kid grew into a great man, tough as on the field , hardworking ,from My family and I , we loved you mate, you were like a little bros, been around for 40 years, drove me crazy as a youngster, gonna miss ya garden gnome, today we lost a good one never forgotten , RIP gone way to soon-

15.01.2022 Good evening boys, Training will return on Wednesday the 25th of November. Starting at 6pm, we will be located @ Alma park reserve, opposite 117 alma road, st kilda. Please meet at pavilion near public toilets. ... At this stage we don’t have a venue for training mondays. Rod Gamlin is liaising with the council as to where and when. Training through to Christmas will be majority skills and bonding. (Same as last year) I think we all responded well to pre season last year, so it will be very very similar. Can’t wait to see you all there and some new faces. Please don’t hesitate to train based on your fitness, we will all develop together and training will be tailored for you all to complete as a group. You have my word Coach xx

13.01.2022 For those who are unaware had a bit of bad news yesterday received an email from @kate foster that she will not be fulfilling her role as netball guru for season 2021, she has moved back to Rochester and will be working ,in Bendigo shortly for 12 months. On behalf of our club thank you Kate for an amazing contribution over the past 8 years, your commitment and work ethic has been enormous since the day you landed, you set a bar very high and I'm sure Kristal and the gang wil...l embrace the challenge of the netball dynasty and honor the legacy or platform you've set. From me personally, probably didn't get off on the right foot , and butted heads often early on because you were a pain in the arse basically, from then on you definitely earnt my respect and I think most days now I call you friend, you've been an amazing backbone for me, once I'd be glad to see the end of you,now I'm hoping you get a better job about March in Melbourne ,and your back,good luck on your journey, I've got feeling you'll be hard to keep away cheers Rod - President
