16.01.2022 Strathfieldsaye Primary Health would like to welcome back Dr Tracy Oh. Tracy left the clinic in 2018 to go on maternity leave when her daughter was born. We are very excited to have Tracy back on the team. Tracy graduated from Monash University in 2005 and has worked previously as a hospital medical officer and registrar in both metropolitan and rural hospitals in Victoria.... Tracy has considerable skills and knowledge that is a huge asset to rural general practice. Tracy will be consulting Thursday nights and Friday’s. Please speak to our friendly reception staff to make an appointment. www.stanthonyfmp.com.au/sph-team

World Diabetes Day (WDD) was created in 1991 by IDF and the World Health Organisation in response to growing concerns about the escalating health threat posed by diabetes. WDD is the world’s largest diabetes awareness campaign reaching a global audience of over 1 billion people in more than 160 countries. The campaign draws attention to issues of para...mount importance to the diabetes world and keeps diabetes firmly in the public and political spotlight. How to get involved: Organise a ‘Learn about diabetes’ event in schools or through online learning platforms. Exercise in blue or join the Global Diabetes Walk Organise a themed activity with your healthcare team Arrange an activity with your work colleagues Strathfieldsaye Primary Health offer their diabetic patients appointments with a nurse for a Diabetes Cycle of care.
