25.01.2022 This morning I had some hurtful and heartbreaking things said to me. It was their opinion on something in my life that does not impact them in any way. Whilst I have allowed myself to feels all the feels because this came from a family member.. I remind myself this - Things only impact us, if we allow them to impact us. ... And this is something, time and time again I go back to when I am struggling. Words can only impact us and having a lasting effect on you, if you allow it. Day in, day out, we all make decisions. Some not so great and some that can literally change our life for the better. Its called growth. And thats what make us human. No one is better than anyone else. No one has the right to make a negative impact on someone elses life. But its a reality and you will deal with it on the regular. I challenge you, to always be kind where you can. I challenge you, to consistently have a positive impact on the people around you. To continue to make decisions in the best interest of you living your best life, and not to please anyone around you. To support and empower and love with your whole heart. To continue to find true happiness and soak in all the beautiful that this world has to offer. Heres a picture of my gorgeous girls. 22.01.2022 BEFORE & AFTER Amazing results from my sister who I convinced to join my last online challenge. You see, my sister and I are so opposite in so many ways. I was always the sporty one and she would laugh at me if I asked her to exercise with me. I managed to talk her into trying my challenge and she took every single element of the online challenge in her stride and have a look at the results. Yes she was sore. Yes she had days where she went for a walk instead of compl...eting a workout. She might not have been the quickest at the exercises and she might not have done as many reps in the times given BUT. She worked her butt off. She wrote down her goals. She stayed consistent. She didn’t compare her journey to anyone else’s and used everyone else as motivation and inspiration and she felt amazing for it. I couldn’t be more proud! She has a new found love for fitness and the way it makes her feel. 22.01.2022 LAMB SAUSAGE GREENS SALAD The girls had a feta & rosemary flavoured lamb sausage for lunch so I decided to turn it into a salad for me Cook sausage in oven for roughly 30 minutes. On baking paper, no oil added.... Pan fry green beans & brussel sprouts in a little extra virgin olive oil. Tear kale into chunks and cover in boiling water, in microwave for 2-3 minutes. Combine all ingredients once cooked with sliced capsicum, handful of rocket & sprinkle of sliced almonds. Top with some crumbled goats cheese. 20.01.2022 Happy Saturday Ive been super quiet on the socials lately. Long story short, I was trying to relive my childhood and shoot some hoops a fortnight ago and slipped on some water on the court and hurt my back. Nothing serious but I havent been training. Instead of saying f#%k it to my goals whilst recovering, I decided to focus on the things I could control and that was my nutrition. I have never in my life tracked my macros or cals properly for that matter. To date, I ...have always ate intuitively on foods and focused more on how they make me feel than the caloric value of that food. It has been an absolute eye opener and I feel a really important tool when trying to reach specific goals. Its not something I would recommend doing everyday forever but, it is great to be more aware and mindful when cooking or eating out. Hard work but worth it. 20.01.2022 LOWER BODY HIIT WORKOUT Here is a lower body HIIT sesh that I completed today, for you to do at home Remember to focus on your technique and try to get in as many reps as you can in the time frame. ... Timing is 35secs on/20 secs off, which just means doing the exercise for 35 seconds and having 20 secs of rest before doing the next exercise. Times that by 2-4 rounds. 1. Squat jumps. 2. 19.01.2022 I have been struggling a lot lately. I guess the mental load of trying to run a business during COVID19 finally took its toll. The constant feeling of trying to do everything (business goals, Mumlife, personal goals) but not achieving what you had planned gets you down and slowly bad habits start creeping in. Whenever I am struggling, I take a step back and analyse my habits. For me its always the same, inconsistent exercise regime, not planning my meals which results in eat...ing bugger all and then binging, drinking wayyyy too much alcohol & negative self talk so bad I stress over and over analyse everything. So, today is my day to get my shit in order. Its the small habits we do each day on the regular that help to make you feel better. Get outside and move your body, remind yourself the things you are grateful for, journal when you are feeling stressed, listen to a inspiring podcast, drink plenty of water and eat nourishing foods regularly. Day by day, make small changes for the better. Change to flourish instead of merely existing. Know that you are not alone in the struggle and every single day is a new day to start fresh and do better. Always remember your why. My girls are my why.

I can see the insecurity in their eyes, analysing my reaction to see if I am judging. My response as always havent we all hun, Ive put about 3kgs straight to the booty If iso has taught me one thing, it is to slow down and learn to love ourselves more. 15.01.2022 Are you on a restrictive/binge diet? Where you hardly eat and then when you do you eat everything in sight?? Being in the fitness industry, you hear all too often of people restricting their diet so much so they are eating calories way under what their body needs to function. This gives them that quick weight loss that they want. But is it sustainable?? Eating below maintenance or in other words being in a calorie deficit will result in weight loss. But eating so little f...or a long period of time will result in quite the opposite of what your trying to achieve. Heres just a few examples for you: Your initial weight loss will be short lived and you will plateau. Your body will start to store fat and then will use lean tissue. (Increase in body fat, decrease in muscle mass) Your energy will soon crash and your hormones will be all over the shop. Fatigue, cycle irregularities, constipation, acne, low immune system, etc. I currently eat anywhere from 2000-2400 cals a day depending on how much I have moved each day. I dont cut anything out of my diet, I simply just watch what I eat and dont go overboard. After all, life is about balance. I dont want to be craving foods so bad that I finally crack and binge on all the snacks and feel like I have failed. Health and fitness is a journey. It takes time and it takes CONSISTENCY. Move your body because you love the way it makes you feel afterwards, both mentally and physically. Eat to fuel. 14.01.2022 I’ve been really inconsistent with my training lately. I always blame it on being tired when really I’m just stuck in this never ending cycle of not training consistently, not drinking enough water and making poor nutrition choices. It’s a chain effect yeah. Make the effort to train, experience natural endorphins and more energy as a result, prioritise water intake and make better nutrition choices. I’m lacking discipline. And it’s as simple as that. We all know what we need to do and we all know how good it feels when we do it. Consistency and discipline is the key. Don’t wait until tomorrow, GET. IT. DONE

14.01.2022 HOW DO I DO IT?! I am asked this all the time in relation to being a working mama. First and foremost I love the shit out of what I do every single day and my god that helps . Apart from being my absolute rock and best friend.. She drags her butt out of bed to come over and watch my two girls every morning at 5am. Let me repeat that... every morning, five days a week, Five AM! 12.01.2022 STARTING OUT YOUR FITNESS JOURNEY? Here’s a few areas you can implement to begin to drop some body fat and increase lean muscle: 1. Move more. Aim to get at least 10,000 steps per day, you can do this by simply adding in a 30 minute walk each day. You can also compliment this by doing one of our classes a week. 2. Keep hydrated. Drink at least 2-3 litres of water each and every day.... 3. Variety of foods. Make sure you are eating whole foods, most of the time. Plan and prepare in advance where needed. Include the rainbow of colours of veggies and fruit throughout the day. 3. Mindful eating. Are you eating because you are hungry or you are bored? 4. Portion control. Be aware of the size of each meal you are consuming. Smaller meals more regularly is recommended. 5. Sleep. Prioritise and ensure you are getting at least 7-8 hours of restful sleep each night. Remember, to lose body fat you need to be in a calorie defecit which does mean consistency and discipline to break habits and see change. We also want to be eating as much as possible to still be losing body fat (if that’s your goal.) Here’s some tips on easing yourself back into it:... - Slow & steady. Take your time, focus on building your solid foundations back again. Don’t push yourself too hard too quick. - Lighter weights. Take a few weeks to build your strength back up. Going a little lighter isn’t a sign of weakness, it makes you smart. - Focus on recovery. Your going to be sore, heck everyone is. Take the time to incorporate a daily stretch routine. No one wants to injure themselves. - Be kind to yourself. Understand that you are coming out of 6 months of interruption. When setting macros targets for each individual person, there are a number of factors that are considered. The amount of energy that person burns just to do daily activities. The amount of physical activity tha...t person does daily. Their body type and dietary requirements. Their current body composition, specific goals and their living habits. Whilst tracking macros can be time consuming at the beginning, it is a game changer when trying to achieve a specific body composition and can also help elevate your energy levels and hormone balance.

09.01.2022 CHICKEN & VEG FRIED RICE Sleep plays such an important role in any health and fitness journey. In particular, have you ever noticed the foods you consume when your dead tired. Today I am running off 5 hours of broken sleep and I am craving ALL the food. Meal plans and knowing your goals are so important in times like this. I am craving another coffee and some sugary sweets to pick me up but instead I remind myself of my goals and having some water and a nutritious meal to... help fuel me through the day. - Mixture of chopped veggies. I used carrot, broccoli, onion, kale, capsicum & zucchini. - 1 cup of rice. I used brown rice - 100g of protein of your choice. I used a marinated chicken breast from Aldi. Add a dash of extra virgin olive oil to the pan and cook your protein, remove. Then add your veggies and cook until soft. Mix the rice and protein into the veggies. You can add a splash of soy sauce or sweet chilli sauce too for more flavour. I currently have available a single pass, weekly pass and a 10 pack of passes. The weekly pass will expire 7 days after the first pass is used. Such a common trend, especially with woman, to see them slogging it out and not satisfied until they are almost dead and then going for a 500km walk afterwards to get a little extra in. ... Currently, my goals are to eat as much as possible while staying relatively lean and being strong af. - I train heavy weights 3 times a week. - I make sure my step count is over 10,000 a day and I drink my 2-3 litres of water. - I also eat 2200 cals a day, sometimes a little more Stop killing yourself, trust the process. Your body needs to rest to recover and grow. Your body needs food to fuel. Im talking good quality protein, carbs and healthy fats.
