In fact you dont even need to have done any fitness classes to benefit from our classes. With all our instructors having a previous professional career in ballet, we love to guide and educate our clients on posture and the correct techniques behind all our workout moves. Did you know physical activity kicks up endorphin levels, the bodys famous feel good chemical produced by the brain and spinal cord that produces feelings of happiness and euphoria. During theses isolation times just moderate exercise throughout the week can improve depression and anxiety! If you want to break a sweat and feel great you must try one of Evelyns classes. Join her Tuesday and Thursday evenings for her HIIT indoor workout or Cardio Pilates.



22.01.2022 Challenge yourself!! Its our first week back and we are just loving the vibe in the studio and we are loving seeing all your happy faces again. But oh boy is it a different experience to being at home. That dinning chair does not work us as hard as the B barre, as we are all realising with shaking muscles this week Dont worry ladies keep pushing through these next few weeks the body will bounce back. If your struggling to get back into a routine after a lot of isolated time at home, we totally understand as the transition back to a normal routine is hard. We really encourage you to book in your weekly pass for next week and lock in those classes. This will motivate you to get out the house and get moving again. @studiobmoves

This class will have you moving with the fit ball within a series of balance and control exercises that will activate and strengthen your pelvic floor and transverse abdominal muscles.... 21.01.2022 Class numbers reduced! We have reduced all our class numbers to max of 9 clients per class. We want all our clients to feel they can workout in our space with plenty of room to move and breath. Your health and safety is our main priority. If your wanting to join a class next week, we suggest pre booking in now to reserve your space. We will not be increasing theses numbers so dont miss out. We must remember to still move our body and exercise to maintain a strong healthy body and immune system.

14.01.2022 I thought it was about time I put a little belly pic of me up! I Cant believe its just 3.5 weeks and I will meet this little girl. Im so lucky to have been able to stay fit and active throughout my pregnancy. Physical exersise has always been a part of my life. Being able to move while growing a little human inside me has been wonderful. Ive just had to be mindful to listen to what my body is telling me and being sensible to pull back and not push myself to the max. ...For anyone who is currently pregnant, fitness during pregnancy is important and can help with any discomforts and prepare you body for labour. Overall and in most cases exercise is very safe during pregnancy. In most cases it is recommended. Typically rule of thumb is if you were physically fit before you were pregnant, its likely safe to remain active during your pregnancy. What I love about our workouts is that they can all be low impact work meaning its been really easy for me to adapt my workout as my body changes. I want to thank all my beautiful clients who have supported me during this special time in my life, and looking forward to having a junior instructor on board soon Love Vicky xx

08.01.2022 We are so excited to have the beautiful Alex back on a Thursday evening starting July 18th! She will be taking our Cardio Pilates classes and Shadow Boxing (non contact). 08.01.2022 We are back !! We are so happy to announce we are opening up our studio again on Monday 8th June! We have implemented strict social distancing guides and safety measures to ensure that all our clients and staff are safe in our studio space. Please read the following measures that will be in place:... Bookings No walk ins! Bookings are essential as we have limited spaces in each class. Please pre book your class via Mindbody or the website. If you need to cancel for any reason please do so with plenty of notice so another person can take your space. Social Distancing We have social distancing markers in the studio space to ensure you are safe and have your own personal space. We are so lucky to have such a large space that allows for social distancing. Numbers are limited to 16 clients per class at this stage. Cleaning We will always continue to take pride in our studio cleaning. Hand sanitiser and antibacterial cleaning sprays will be available in the studio for your use. Please make sure you sanitise your hands at the entrance before entering the studio. Illness If anyone has any mild symptoms of a cold or flu we ask you to stay at home to protect our staff and clients. Any clients showing signs of illness will politely be asked to leave the class. Equipment Please bring your own equipment to class. We will not be using our equipment for the time being. Yoga mats or a full sized towel are required for every class. We also require each client to bring their own water bottle and hand towel. Class Times We ask for you to arrive about 10 minutes before class to set up your space and be organised ready to start on time, however, please do not arrive any earlier than 10 minutes before class to assist with social distancing. We are sooooooo excited to see you in the flesh and move with you again. We thank each and every one of you who have supported us over the past few months in keeping our small studio alive. Warm up also revs up your cardiovascular system by raising your body temperature and increasing blood flow to your muscles. Why not spice up the areas you do your home fitness classes, for example moving to a different space in the house or garden can make your classes feel different and bring you more energy and motivation. 02.01.2022 Winter workouts! When the days are shorter and it takes nearly 15 minutes just to dress up warm its no surprise you feel less motivated to fit in a winter workout. But fitness experts agree the winter temperatures are no reason to press pause on your exercise goals and regimen altogether. Here are some little tips to get you motivated to stick a strong winter workout routine.... 1- Get a workout buddy. Set a date each week and make it time to catch up with a friend while working out. 2- Reward yourself - A little treat at the end of winter maybe a new outfit ready for spring? 3- Book in your classes in advanced. Pre book in your schedule so there are no excuses. 4- Think of how you feel once you have finished your workout. That amazing feeling after moving the body to some great music! 5- Set yourself some goals to help you get through. Have a goal to work towards by a set date. We really love winter time in the studio. We must remember this is the time we create our summer body.
