24.01.2022 Sweet Sausalito. Layered and textured, all sorts of gorgeousness to enjoy at home - we filled her with books, candles, throws and art. We added piles of fluffy towels and custom embroidered throw cushions galore. Vintage rugs were casually layered and we weren’t shy with colour on the walls. She’s a cosy home, full of style and with our signature lashings of fresh clean white, she’s still bright and beautiful - amongst the maximalist madness, there is also calm. Studio Gorman is beyond thrilled to be a finalist in the Interior Design category. For a studio only 5 years old, this is an enormous honour. Lucy and The Design Files have supported design and designers forever (!!) and have been incredibly encouraging and uplifting in their support of Studio Gorman from the get go, as I embark on build...ing a practice after a career pivot in midlife!!
