24.01.2022 Beetroot & Apple All my recipes are free from sugar and gluten and these are also #vegan ! . I have not quite mastered the proportions as my kitchen scales are pretty naff and have switched to equally naff cup mesuring. Ill give precise mesuments once I get some digital scales .... Dry Mix: Millet Flour Amaranth Flour Sourghum Flour Buckwheat Flour Tapioca Starch Vanilla Protien Powder (sugar free but sweeten with thaumatin, which comes from friut) Cinnamon Nutmeg Grated Beetroot . Wet Mix: Stewed Apples Coconut Cream Herbal Tea Stevia Vegg . The vegan egg (vegg) I use to make it rise is: 1 tbsp of water 1 tbsp of oil 1 tbsp of lemon juice And when everything is prepared: dry mix ready with grated beetroot, wet mix blended, oven preheated to 180c and tray prepared, I add 1 tbsp of bicarb Itll fizz up and I quickly mix it into the wet mix (not blend it as itll explode when its opened :P ) Add the wet to the dry, Mix in the pre-diced beetroot and buckwheat, spoon it into the muffin cases, top with more buckweat and put in in the oven for 30 mins ^_^ See more

23.01.2022 Butterbean Brownies As always, sugar free, gluten free and dairy free. . The butter beans make them so fudgy and filling that I actually cut them into quarters from the ones in the pictures! .... Try and make them for yourself! Heres the recipe: . Blend together: 80g coconut oil 2 bananas 2 pitted dates 1 270ml tin of Ayam coconut cream (by far the best out there as its 100% coconut!) 20 drops of Stevia and a lid of Vanilla extract OR 1tsp of honey . Thats the wet mix . For the dry mix I use: 70g of chocolate vegan protein powder (I use planet food which is sweetened with thaumatin which comes from fruit) 40g of cacao powder . Mix together and add any chunky bits you like. The ones in these is chopped figs. Also crushed dark (minimum 85%) chocolate is great! . Spread into an oiled dish and bake for 30 mins at 180c . Experiment with different varieties, I put 14 drops of spearmint essential oil into one of my batches which was divine! You may not already have a chocolate vegan protein powder in your kitchen. When choosing one be sure to read the label making sure there are no nasties in it. Dont feel silly being there for several minutes googling whats in it to be sure you are giving your body the best possible fuel you can. If youre like and like to move your body a lot, adding a protein powder to your day can help help sore muscles See more
