22.01.2022 The thing I love about the mixture of the martial arts that we train in is that we do not teach ways to brutalise a person. We use a person's "body mechanics" against them and their own power and force against them. The person will be fine if we want them to be or seriously harmed if we want them to be, but we are in complete control of that. Sometimes the mere fact we could hurt them but are restraining them does something to them mentally, which is to our advantage. Come down to the dojo and learn with us! All backgrounds and abilities are welcome!

13.01.2022 All Judo classes and Tuesday night women's self defence are on hold for two weeks over the winter school holidays. All classes back as usual from Monday 22 July. Enjoy your break, stay safe and see you back from the 22nd.

10.01.2022 Women's only self-defence is moving to Saturday mornings starting from 19th October. Come along 10 am to 11 am. And, you could always bring the kids to junior judo before hand from 9 am - check out Geraldton Judo Club's page for more info.

10.01.2022 WOW! Women's Only Self Defence Classes have re-commenced and beginners are welcome. We offer a practical, no nonsense approach to protecting yourself. Tuesdays 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm at GMAC 104 Flores Road Geraldton. $10 per class.... Suitable for all levels of fitness and for any female from 13 years of age. Wear comfortable, everyday clothing or active wear and we train in bare feet, so no special footwear is necessary.
