23.01.2022 So great to be back coaching at Ian Thorpe Aquatic Centre this weekend! Next opportunity to join a pool swim session will be the long weekend. Sat 3rd & Sun 4th October, both from 12noon at ITAC. Please let me know if you’re keen for a lesson so I can book you in.

21.01.2022 Massive congrats to all the Superfish who raced Husky this weekend.... Brice, Paul B, Monique, plus the ones I already mentioned. It was a hot, tough day for you all by the sounds of it. Particularly proud of these two over achievers Toni & Liz who managed to also get podiums! Bring on Ironman!!! It wasn’t that long ago both were rookies who couldn’t really swim! Amazing & hard working women xx

I totally forgot to take a group photo again We discussed doing more sessions more regularly now that pools are shut... but rumour has it they might try to shut beaches too. I’ll keep you posted...

05.01.2022 Hi everyone. My ocean swim session will definitely still be on this Saturday morning as I can’t see it posing any risk to anyone. Please adhere to the new social ‘rules’ Eg don’t come if you’ve just got back from o/s or feel a bit sick etc. and don’t be offended if I don’t hug you or shake hands! I hope to see you there for a bit of fresh air & salt water (vitamin sea!).

04.01.2022 Quote of the day for Friday from Racheal. I just swam 1km non stop for the first time! And then I felt good so I did another 500m!!! In February she could barely make a length of her 14m pool at home! Officially a Superfish!
