25.01.2022 Thanks Dan for the run 3.8kms is good for a first jog would have been 4.6kms but the calves keep hurting maybe next time.

06.01.2022 Just like to let every one know not to beat themselves up too much if you eat the wrong thing occasionally, we are all human we all have bad days, dont be so hard on yourselves it is okay to eat chocolate, cake even hot chips as long as you remember to work it off, its your body its your choice if you eat also release it and that can be as easy as adding another 10-15 minutes to your daily walk.

05.01.2022 Thanks Dan for working out and after a 12 km walk through Kalamunda Heritage trail and an hour of weights and lets not forget those kettle bell swings my body wont let me walk. The pain is worth it.

Just wanted to say that it is okay to miss a workout every now and then as long as you remember to make up for it some where along the way, please, please, please pat yourself on the back every time you complete a workout no matter how long or short it was. Most of all enjoy every day and keep paying into your own health and fitness account so you dont have to pay out to the Doctors later.

03.01.2022 Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and a Happy New year that is filled with fun, joy,health and fitness, honour those new year resolutions to be fitter and healthier most of all enjoy this year.

02.01.2022 This is a yummy dessert that I make in summer for my family I call it cheats pannacotta, serves 4-8 Ingredients Weight watchers custard 3 packets... Diet jelly 1 packet Fresh or frozen mixed berries Icing sugar 1.Instant custard x 3 packets I use the weight watchers custard follow directions on packet custard should be thick not runny. 2.Diet jelly whatever flavour you like I use the dark cherry again follow directions on packet once made set aside to cool. 3. After the custard is cooked place equal amounts into ramekins about 1/3 cup in each place in fridge to cool. 4. 30 minutes later remove from fridge and spoon over prepared jelly just enough to cover the top of the custard about 2-3 tablespoons place back in fridge to set. 5. Serve with fresh or frozen mixed berries on top of the jelly dust with icing sugar and enjoy.
