24.01.2022 Group #3 for the day. A special maiden voyage for this newly purchased #redpaddleco board. How gorgeous is the Blue Ride . We’ll add a few to our fleet this year. So pretty. A free lesson is included with any board we sell to help get you started on your SUP journey. And an ongoing discount is offered for all our sessions when you BYO board. Use code ‘BYE2020’ to grab the very last spot for just $99 (a saving of $30) This special SUP event includes a complete Come’n’Try SUP for beginners, hire of all equipment, a short SUP Relax stretching and balancing session on the water, followed by an opportunity to be safely anchored in a beautiful sanctuary on the lake to start completing the worksheets in the (supplied) Kikki K ‘Habits Journal’ to get into the right headspace for ending 2020 and welcoming in 2021. Our Summer Program continues with our Floating Women’s Circle on Dec 30, then the new school holidays program SUP-FUN starts and plenty more coming in 2021!!

15.01.2022 You’re invited to our final group SUP Social for 2020. If you’ve been to ANY of our lessons, Come’n’Try sessions or group bookings this year - this is a great chance to come back and practice your skills. If you have your own board - this is a chance to come say hi and meet some local SUPers. There’s no formal lesson on the night, we’ll take a couple of laps around the lake for an hour at twilight then stay on for a picnic (grazing boxes available for pre-order). It’s casual,... relaxed, a chance to meet other SUPers, and a chance to unwind and float one last time before the craziness of the holiday season descends on us! Bliss! BYO board - free. If you haven’t been to a SUP with us before and want to join your first Come’n’Try SUP the full lesson is running as normal ...(albeit with your instructor in costume). Dont forget we’re hosting this SUP Social to collect toys for Holy Fools’ Christmas Lunch supporting families doing it tough. Bring a new toy with you on the night. If anyone wants to try the INCREDIBLE grazing boxes we use for our floating Christmas package they’ll be available for purchase to enjoy after the group paddle. Pre-Orders only, and orders close COB Monday - DM me!... We’ll be COVID cautious and ask anyone coming along to our little Santa SUP Social /Toy Drive to please DM me. 09.01.2022 This morning’s conditions are an example of why we specifically chose Lillydale Lake as the home for our SUP school. Calm flat waters, NO other boat or watercraft traffic, ample free parking and centrally located in suburbia. Beach SUPing is spectacularly beautiful and swimming and SUPing is a perfect combination. But when you don’t have time to drive the hour + to a beach this is a truly stunning alternative. Getting ready for our very special SUP Event today - our first Floating Women’s Circle. 2 hours of SUP, yoga, journaling and floating along with the lake’s natural rhythm. 24 and no winds. Couldn’t have asked for a better morning.

05.01.2022 Knees Only SUP? You bet! Worried you won’t be able to stand up in your first Come’n’Try lesson? Do you know you can comfortably paddle and participate in the entire lesson while staying on your knees. Enjoy the sanctuary of the lake, the fresh air, the nature and the new challenge as you slowly gain confidence on the board. Maybe standing up in your first lesson, maybe not. No pressure here!

04.01.2022 My favourite part of today’s lesson . This pup’s mom took him for a walk while his dad came out for a SUP. Eventually this smart pup figured out how to reach his dad and ‘save’ him and all was well in the world again. Dogs are the best !

03.01.2022 Dont let this rain fool you - sunny SUP weather is on it's way! Wed - 25 degrees, moderate winds Friday - 23 degrees, light winds Saturday - 29, light winds ... Sunday - 31, light winds $59 per person ($39 for members) Each session is capped at just 5 people this week (as some of our fleet are out on hire). Come play!
