03.01.2022 ‘The strongest principle of growth lies in the human choice’. - George Eliot What does a growth mindset mean to you? Lock down continues, it’s an up and down journey. I took time off to recover from a bug not COVID...and reflect.... Much like any journey it requires stopping, assessing, and re-calibrating along the way. This is where personal leadership and a growth mindset come in. You can’t avoid the challenges lock down poses, so leading well from within enables you to navigate the road ahead. The challenge is here, how can you embrace it and seek to challenge yourself as a leader? As your own leader? 100% accountable. Before you lead others. How can you keep on, keeping on? Never give up. Be persistent. There is always a way. Is there another option if something isn’t working? What you think, feel, and do reflects your internal dialogue. Is it resourceful? Personal development and understanding your inner world are part of having a growth mindset. Are you open to new ideas? Do you believe in possibilities?
