25.01.2022 A fine little effort on the tyenna yesturday, all up 10 nice brown trout, saw some rising rainbows and a few platypus. all fish caught on hardbodied minnows and celtas. A great way to end the trout season.

21.01.2022 good morning fishos, just wanted to share a few pics from my sunday out on the tyenna (if im not here working chances are im there) Managed a nice little brownie on the dry fly and lost 2 more. seemed the most attention was the hopper pattern.

06.01.2022 The recreational rock lobster fishery will open as from 00:01 hours on Sunday 29 November in: 1) the North East Zone (Red Rocks near Eddystone Points to Banks Strait) 2) the Central East Zone (Picaninny/Wardlaws Point to Wineglass Bay) 3) the area between Whale Head and Tasman Island including Storm, Norfolk and Frederick Henry Bays; and 4) the area in Bass Strait from Point Sorell to Stony Head below the line of latitude 40 39 18 S.... Recreational fishers will be able to set pots as from 1pm tomorrow (Saturday 28 November) and can then pull them from 00:01 hours (ie. Sunday morning 29 November).
