19.01.2022 Finally able to sand deck today, looking pretty good. Photos before and after sanding. Still a bit of work to do but not much more til completed.

16.01.2022 When you start a deck re-caulk and the boards start lifting and need re-gluing, the other interesting thing is the boards they used to build this deck are tongue and groove and they have only used the groove boards leaving voids between each board.

10.01.2022 From a sorry looking Teak Deck to now looking like new. This is a Riviera with a rebated Deck, the caulk had worn away leaving Teak against teak and little to no caulk seam left. We cut out new seams to the depth of the teak left approx 5mm. Over 60 boards came loose and were no longer held with any glue, these boards were cleaned up and epoxied back in place using a 2 part epoxy. We then caulked the new routed seams with Teakdecking systems SIS 440. Once the caulk had a fe...w days to cure we sanded the deck, removed the old deck screws and replugged with our own manufactured Teak dowel.
