25.01.2022 As we continue to celebrate NAIDOC week. TG’s Armidale hosted a ‘Yarning Circle’ with special guests Merle and Pearl, from the Aboriginal Early Years Support Program. Preschool and Middle Rock did an Acknowledgement of Country, read a short story about Lemonade Springs and WELCOMED OUR COMPLETED RECONCILIATION ACTION PLAN. This was all celebrated by a joint dance! 23.01.2022 Sunflower Seeds What a wonderful morning Preschool had as we used our pincer grips to manipulate the tweezers and harvest the seeds from our home grown sunflowers. 05.01.2022 Tonight’s dessert sorted! Apple & Plum Crumble 1 tin pie apple 2 tbsp TG’s plum jam... 4 Weetbix 1 cup oats 1/4 cup coconut 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup plain flour 1/2 cup melted butter 1. Mix together the apple and plum jam. Place into a baking dish. 2. Crush the Weetbix in a large bowl, add the oats, coconut, brown sugar & plain flour. Mix in the melted butter. 3.
