24.01.2022 Each time a man or woman stands up for an ideal or acts to improve the lot of others he or she sends forth a tiny ripple of hope. My hope is that you give freely, forgive willingly and keep your integrity even when the choices are hard. I would like to thank you all for your support and friendship over the past seven years. 20.01.2022 To brace or not to brace? Wearing a back brace at TIMES is fine. If you suffer with intermittent lower back issues like weakness or pain there maybe times when you feel that your lower back is vulnerable. Try to avoid heavy lifting and twisting at the same time or stretching forward with a heavy load. These movements really load the forces through your lower back in a dangerous way. Wearing a back brace when you have to do sudden or unpredictable movements is a good idea. But avoid using a brace for regular day to day activities. It is your core muscles job to keep your spine stable and if they are not engaged and working regularly your back pain will become worse.
