Paellas really healthy, because its made with delicious fresh ingredients, like rice, chicken, beans, veggies, herbs, spices and more. You can even make a seafood paella, if you like! Come along to our cooking demonstration on Sunday, and youll get to see step by step how to make this fantastic dish for yourself.
