17.01.2022 The Trinculo shipwreck - Had absolutely perfect conditions for the private astrophotography workshop I held Friday night down at the Trinculo. This was the last... composition we tried and easily the strongest, why? The prominent foreground, a lot tend to just focus on the stars but although we are out shooting the night sky it's really the foreground that makes or breaks our images. Always look for a strong foreground composition and really take the time to set it up perfectly with lighting and composition, if it takes you 50 shots/attempts to get it spot on, well so be it, aim for that one or two strong images a night. Tinculo Shipwreck - Camera - Canon Australia EOS R Lens - Samyang XP 14mm f2.8 Settings - 5 x images, 14mm, f2.4, 20sec, iso6400 All 5 Images stacked in Starry landscape stacker for noise reduction.
