25.01.2022 What’s in the box is up for this week on our website. Highlights this week - we have corn in every box, Avo’s in the medium boxes and watermelons in the large family boxes. You can always order extras if there is something additional you would like to add to the box. Including kids snacks, pastas, rices and more :) We also have our Xmas hampers and gift cards available. Xmas hampers with local free delivery. 24.01.2022 RUBY CHARD & FETA PIE - quick and delsih dish 1. Saute shallots and garlic in a pan with oil of your choice 2. Add RUBY CHARD and cook until wilted. Remove from heat, drain , cool, and squeeze out excess water between your hands 3. Crack a couple eggs into a separate bowl (approximately 1 eggs to every cup of chard). ... 4. Crumble in some FETA then season with salt, pepper, and herbs of your choosing ( We used 300g of feta , added some ricotta we had left over and half a cup of grated cheese - cuz we are cheese lovers) 5. Stir wilted chard into the FETA and egg mixture 6. Layer 4 filo pastry sheets into a tray with greaseproof paper , rub with oil and sprinkle with salt and cayenne pepper. Repeat until you have 3 layers 7. Add PIE mixture and top with more filo pastry 8. Cook for 20 minutes or until golden and delicious! AWESOME served with a seasonal salad!!!
