15.01.2022 2019 Koppitsch 'Homok' Weiss (Burgenland, Austria), via @ditc.wine. Zippy, zesty and chock full of all the tropical fruit you’d imagine enjoying on a North Queensland beach if it wasn’t 2020 - lime, papaya, guava and grapefruit. Highly aromatic and with amazing acidity, this is exactly what you’ll want to be drinking for the next few months. Unfined, unfiltered, and with minimal sulfur.
