18.01.2022 SINGING OUT AGAINST FAMILY VIOLENCE Today in support of White Ribbon Day, THECHO!R are very proud to have supported the release of this beautiful new virtual music video featuring the Voices of Casey and soloist Elyse Taylor, supported by members of many of the Play It Forward choir including and special guests the - Divine Divas of Sunbury.... The video and audio editing for THIS IS ME was produced by the incredibly talented Adam Przewlocki, with admin support by my tireless PIF team - Jan Hamilton, Sarah Waight , Caroline Knaggs & Tinike Westwood. This video is another testament to the passion and determination of every singer you see and hear who recorded their performances on their phones whilst in lockdown, so that we could show the world we will never stop making beautiful music and art - even during a pandemic! I’m so grateful to each and every person that helped make this video possible, so that we can give a voice to those many women whose voices have tragically been silenced through family violence. We are so grateful to each and every one of our members for their commitment to this project. We sang virtually with our Voices of Casey and Play It Forward brothers and sisters in song and with special guests the Divine Divas of Sunbury/Sunbury Divas who all gave their beautiful voices to unite in this cause. 04.01.2022 POSTPONED: YES WE CAN concert on Sun March 29, 2020: Moe Town Hall Dear Play It Forward supporters and friends... We are disappointed to announce that we have decided to postpone our wonderful YES WE CAN concert on Sun March 29, 2020 @ Moe Town Hall. and all the related rehearsals in the lead up to this event. The health and wellbeing of all our singers, musicians, volunteers and you, our faithful audience is the most important thing to us as an organisation, but given the rapid escalation in the COVID-19 pandemic at present, we felt it was the wisest decision to make in advance for everyone's benefit. Rest assured though, we WILL be rescheduling the concert and associated rehearsals in the near future, at a time that is safe and practicable for everyone involved. So 'watch this space' for details of when will be presenting this fabulous YES WE CAN concert. Thank you for your understanding - and please stay well and healthy.
