This was Matts experience seeing our new RMT Zoe. " I always get nervous seeing a new person, my muscles are so tight that often it requires needling first to relax the muscle first before someone can work on it. ... We would just like to update you on our status given the new stage 3 restrictions that have come into place for regional Victoria. As an Allied Health Clinic we will be remaining open for appointments and will be continuing to/asking our clients to do the below steps. ... - All our staff will be wearing masks in clinic and we ask that you do the same thing. - All high touch areas will be disinfected between clients - We ask that all clients sanitise hands when entering the clinic - All towels and myotherapy equipment is changed between each client and myotherapy tables are disinfected. - Please do not arrive earlier then 10 minutes for your appointment, this way we can limit the number of people in our waiting area. And lastly please reschedule your appointment if you or someone you are in close contact with has had a positive Covid-19 test or waiting on one, had cold/flu like symptoms, or has recently returned from overseas. 01.01.2022 Its review Wednesday Being a first time mum, studying a university degree full time, and working part time means Rachel has her fair share of tension & tightness in her upper back, shoulders, traps, and neck. This is due to carrying a toddler around and nights spent over a laptop studying. Rachel also grinds her teeth in her sleep which results in a very tight jaw. This is Rachels experience seeing Jodie. ... Jodie is fantastic, she always works out the tightness in my upper body and will even put gloves on and work on the inside of my mouth to release my jaw. The amount of relief I get is phenomenal. I go in with a horrible headache and by the time she is done its on its way out the door !
