09.01.2022 In the silence we are able to regenerate and grow. To be still and listen to the world, your inner thoughts and to the divine is definitely an art that needs to be cultivated. It is only in the stillness that we are able to truly listen to our divine spiritual connection, our intuition or inner voice. When we connect and follow our divine directed intuition we feel at peace, that instant release of knowing that the action you followed was correct, the words spoken true and... just. With the year that was and the one that has begun I have felt the need to be more conscious to connect with silence, to embrace the stillness and listen to the universe. Silence allows you to be in tune with who you are, who you were and who you want to be. Here are a few ways I have found to infuse silence into my days: Nature - I have a beautiful park that I love to escape to rejuvenate. Social Media Disconnect - this is part of my daily routine, I ensure I do not connect with social media during certain hours to be present with myself and my family.
