23.01.2022 Do you set goals? I was completely inspired by Keith Abraham at a team leader training session last month, to not only set professional goals for myself and my team but also to set some personal ones for me! As well as making sure you know WHY you want to achieve your goal, Keith said that change is difficult and you need to be committed and prepared to do the uncomfortable. ... I wasn’t anticipating when I set my goal, that I would need to complete body attack (high intensity for 45 mins) with a face mask on! I could have had a whole lot of excuses I’ll go after this is over, it’ll be too hard but I did it!!! The room was almost at capacity with other very determined people. So inspiring

03.01.2022 We’ve been making homemade yoghurt for years now ( saves so much money)! But this was my first time using the glass yoghurt jars. I love the addition of the strawberry coulis (used up my old strawberries). I then added some homemade granola and boom - yoghurt now at next level. Tip: this method in the varoma takes 10 hours (on fermentation mode) so pop it on while you sleep so you can still use your machine during the day.
