23.01.2022 Have you planted Eggplant seedlings yet? better get cracking, there are so many things you can cook with them below is just one idea Egg plant have tough wide leaves to shield the soil beneath from overheating. The tough shiny skin has spikes at the top as if to say hands off. We grow the big eggplants, slice them and dip into egg and bread crumbs with added herbs of your choice and fry, use as a side veg or they are great cold for a snack.

Essential to the success of your garden especially during summer is watering. This is where a wicking bed is very useful. As he lives out of town he would need to ensure enough orders to make the trip viable, and you would need to make your own arrangements with him for delivery and payment. 02.01.2022 Great AGM today, thank you to everyone who braved the heat to come along. It was wonderful to see Lyn Hancock and Alan make the trek from Maitland. We had 3 life members attend And a THANKYOU to everyone who sent apologies. Some of our founding members were out on fire trucks fighting fires . The special resolution was passed so we now in close down mode, more updates to follow as we work they this huge process. Here are a few happy snaps, sorry that we decided to take photos after some people had left, but you get the jist. A number of members wish to see the philosophy behind the TP continue and are forming a new group to look at establishing a community garden in Gloucester. And you have to admit that wherever you go in Gloucester you are guaranteed a morning tea to excite the tastebuds
