22.01.2022 You may have noticed that the dried apricots in our TNK hous muesli aren't bright orange like the ones you buy from the supermarket... This is because their sulphur free! Many conventional dried fruits have sulphur dioxide added which is used as a preservative. Organic dried fruit, nuts and seeds in our TNK house muesli. You can buy in store this week

17.01.2022 Looking for a healthy time saving breaky? Create your own smoothie packets! If you have a blender this is the perfect way to ensure you have a healthy breaky-to-go all week long. By placing the ingredients of your fav smoothie into individual bags and putting them in the freezer, all you need to do on weekday mornings is pour a bag into the blender and add liquid of your choice. Blueberry protein is one of our fav combos! -half a cup of blueberries, half a banana, 4 dates, ...1x scoop pea protein, 1 scoop chia seeds, 1 scoop of TNK house muesli (available to buy in our store) and almond milk. Don’t have a blender but hoping Santa will leave one under your Christmas? We recommend adding a @vitamix_aunz to your Christmas wish list.
