20.01.2022 Here is your reminder ....... It may seem a little bit ironic, but your washing machine actually needs to be cleaned every 2 years or so. Soap builds up as does... mould and other nasties. What you will need: 2 cups vinegar 1/4 cup bicarbonate of soda 1/4 cup water Start by mixing the bicarb and water in a small bowl. This acts as the "detergent". Pour vinegar into a measuring cup and head over to your washing machine. Add the bicarb to the detergent compartment of your machine and pour vinegar into the drum. Set your washer to normal load at the hottest water setting. Close the door and start the machine. The baking soda and vinegar naturally break up mineral deposits and any mould growth.
