24.01.2022 10 hours bond cleaning this weekend. My poor body is completely shattered! Chronic pain alarm bells are at a max again tonight BUT once again - PastTense to the rescue. I put a drop in my bath and then smothered myself in my PastTense roller and magnesium oil. But I will take it easy tomorrow. I still have a big week ahead of me!

03.01.2022 Im off to try to people for a while today, a small group course for anxiety sufferers. I knew I was a little anxious about it, but geez! If my iTOVi doesnt recommend anxiety related oils, its digestive oils and the last one is insect repellent. Perhaps to kill all the butterflies in my stomach, upsetting my digestion?

01.01.2022 We use Vetiver in our house It is by far the best oil that gets my son off to sleep. Usually one drop in his diffuser lasts about five nights (with two drops of lavender). Weve also made up rollers with it for friends. It is super thick with a slight smell.
