17.01.2022 First men's wananga for 2021... Take the steps to understanding men's mental health and step onto your personal journey for wellness. This day will take us through pathways and understandings to process and remove the thinking/behaviour patterns that we have created to hold onto trauma or discomfort.... A great first wananga for any men looking to find a way to heal or the skills to assist others in the journey to wellness. Tu Toa Hauora has a firm belief in the Te Whare Tapa Wha model of wellness. Utilizing all elements of person together creates hauora. Limited number of seats for this one but promises to be a great day. To book message our page or contact Tash or Jez.

As announced our online gatherings will recommence on Sunday 20th of Feb (fortnightly from, 10.30 to 12.30pm and as with last year, it will be just a connection space for men to come, listen and hopefully connected up with others who may be struggling to find the words to explain the things that are challenging them and find people going through the same journey of healing. Nga mihi Whanau,
