18.01.2022 Sensational Stirling! Terrific Tuggeranong! What ever you label it, it was a ripper. ... Massive win today for 1st Grade as they defend 173 by bowing Weston Creek out for 172. Well fought out by both teams, but thankfully our boys manage to come away with the points.

17.01.2022 Changes to Training for the coming weeks: - Thursday 19th November, - Tuesday 24th and Wednesday 25th November (Thursday 26th November 1st Grade T20), and - Tuesday 1st and Wednesday 2nd December (Thursday 3rd December 1st Grade T20).... Training will then resume as per the normal Tuesday and Thursday schedule. Thanks and see you there.

15.01.2022 Congrats to our boys on making it through to the Konica Minolta GF for the second year in a row, with a comprehensive win over Weston Creek. Fantastic batting by S.Devoy and Vane-Tempest, with a phenomenal 99 run partnership to really push that total to something tough to chase! Followed by fantastic bowling by S.Shean, to really put the screws to the Creek batsmen.... GF against West’s kicking off at 5pm!

11.01.2022 Vale Aileen Casey Aileen Casey former player, administrator, and a loved member of TVCC has sadly passed in Temora on the 19th of June. Mother of 8, married to Brian (passed away 2004), grandmother, great grandmother and friend to many.... Aileen played for Tuggeranong from 1986 to 1989, was also Assistant Treasurer in 1985, and Assistant Secretary in 1986. She loved that she also played with her 4 daughters (Barbara, Jenny, Cathy and Maree). She had polio as a child but that did not diminish her love or involvement of the game. She also played a few games of indoor cricket with the girls. She loved her family, loved to play Bingo and played a mean hand of Canasta. Her husband Brian also played for Tuggeranong alongside their sons. She was a second mum to many as well as a wonderful friend. She will be sorely missed by all. The thoughts of the TVCC family are with Aileen's family at this time. Aileen's funeral will be held in Canberra Friday the 26th of June.

We’re incredibly proud to be one of the 3 clubs across the ACT who signed on to this great community ticket program. 04.01.2022 Good luck to our Thunder League Girls Cup squad, who are playing in the grand final tonight against WCMCC. Our young Tuggettes are about to begin their batting innings, having restricted creek to 3/99 off 20, and will begin their batting innings momentarily! Let’s go Vikings!... Update: Unfortunately our girls lost by 1 run, however a hard fought 31 saw Vanida Kiraly saw her reach the 400 run mark for the season, and left her at the top of the leader board in runs scored in the Thunder Girls Cup. An epic effort but a valiant game by both squads, and a close game that is always thrilling for the spectators of a GF. Onwards to bigger and better things next season!

01.01.2022 Tough day for the lads as we fell 12 runs short of the win. Congrats Weston Creek Molonglo Cricket Club, it is always a great game playing you. Now the focus switches to Saturday and Sunday, as we try wrap up at least 9 games (hopefully 12) of cricket this weekend.

01.01.2022 Almost a perfect weekend, well done to all the players. Today saw a win against ANU and a "Cliffhanger on Chis" which saw it all, good and bad. But the run chase from Amit in the middle and the finish from Nikesh with a final ball 6 off a.... full toss which could have easily been a no ball to see us fall agonising short of Queanbeyan's score by 1 run. Still an amazing weekend of cricket, finally. ... I personally hope the weather stays away and we get many more like it. Keep training hard and see you all next weekend.
