20.01.2022 Our thoughts on Meghan's wedding dress Pure Love. Spending time with all of our beautiful brides each week we see first hand the pressure brides often can feel from family and social influences especially those brought on from social media. This woman right here dealt with it all, ten fold let alone receiving un appropriate comments about the dress she chose to wear for one of the most important days of her life by people who don't understand what the dress actually sym...bolises. A lot of people are making comments because they don't think she made the right choice with her dress. But we know she did. Why? Because SHE LOVES IT. That's what matters. Not every single person in the whole entire world is going to love your dress. But if you love it and feel like the princess you are, isn't that the only thing that should matter? I think we can also provide some insight to what the dress means for her... The designer researched fabric mills and developed an exclusive double bonded silk cady for Meghan's dress. This unique bonding process in the creation of the fabric gave a pure white colour which brought a fresh modernity to the dress, regularly unachievable in standard silk weaving processes. In short, Meghan wore a wedding dress made with a fabric no one else in the world has. She married a Harry that no one else in the world has. She wanted her gown to portray that therefore she designed the perfect dress to create such a message. At Tutta Bella Gown we believe it is so beautiful Meghan had the confidence to stay true to herself, her love towards Harry and look absolutely timeless and elegant whilst doing so. Her make up along with her dress showed her natural beauty and that's the person Harry chose to marry so damn straight she has every right to carry that with her on her wedding day. Meghan chose not to follow what society wants to call the norm for a wedding day therefore we feel she should not be judged. She wanted to follow how she felt about her prince and that's what a wedding day should be about. Hopefully brides can see what Meghan did and go back to planning their wedding day the way before social media existed, to symbolise how the couple feel about each other regardless what society says the material things in a wedding should look like. Then there will be less pressure for a wedding day. Because a wedding day is about love. There is no pressure in pure love. When you choose your dress, Remember why you are wearing it. It's about the pure love you share for one another.
