21.01.2022 The Un-Racked OG, the GOAT. I remember many years ago, when Plummo came to me to train. It was at a different gym, also a different time in both of our lives. He wasn’t much of an exerciser at that time (to be honest) but to his credit, he stuck it out. He got better. He got fitter. He got stronger. Although some others in the fitness field had different opinions about what he should do, or what he’d be capable of, he decided to follow what I said. He continued with Un-Racked. Here he is Benching a lifetime PB of 95kg.... still getting better, oh, he could probably Row a 2km faster than most reading this. Stick it to them @1161dp

It’s easy to focus on the negatives, but today, I’m definitely focusing on the positives. It was a gruelling session and not ten minutes after the incident some lovely ladies, from the most awesome gym @un_racked , cheered me on out their car window, they didn’t even know it had happened.
