24.01.2022 To celebrate our gold level recipients tomorrow, Mrs Rajendra will be making a personal presentation of badges in class and students will be acknowledged during our Virtual Assembly. Video of students receiving their gold badges will be shared by the class teacher via Seesaw. It has come to our attention that some parents may have received an invitation to attend an assembly on site. Please note this is INCORRECT and we apologise for this confusion. There will be NO ON SITE gold assembly tomorrow and all future assemblies will remain virtual until further notice. We look forward to sharing our gold winners with you tomorrow via Seesaw.

16.01.2022 This week was National Science Week. This year the school theme was Deep Blue: innovation for the future of our oceans. Students got to participate in a range of different science experiments and learned all about ‘displacement’ by watching Mrs Rajendra, Mrs Breasley and Mrs Edwards submerge in a pool of water!

16.01.2022 Thank you to all that supported our Chocloate Toss fundraiser today. We have some chocolates left and will be running a quick game tomorrow for anyone who would like a chance to win. There will be no consolation prizes however, Mrs McCabe and 5/6M will be lowering the challenge level to make sure all our prizes find a home before the holidays. 13.01.2022 Stage 3 students and teachers went to high school on Thursday! Students got to experience a variety of subjects, including chemistry, woodwork and history. They also had to follow a high school style timetable and move between classrooms for each subject. It was enjoyed by all - bring on Year 7 2021!

08.01.2022 Nangumbi Mudjingaal! (Hello Friends) What an amazing week celebrating NAIDOC week 2020! The opening of the UPS yarning circle and students from K-6 immersed themseleves in a number of activities including art and traditional games. Staff and students enagaged with local community members from Gumaraa where students learnt about artefacts, bush tucker, cultural dances and how to throw a boomerang.
