01.01.2022 So had an Isuzu NNR 4JJ1 in for starting issues and engine light. It had previously been at another mechanic, the customer was told that the injectors that need replacing. Well on inspection we found a crank sensor curcuit out of range fault code. After checking sensors and loom. We found the issue.... Thrust bearing had failed. The crank has floated foward and damaged the ring gear that supplies the ecm with a engine location signal. Definaltey wasnt injectors.
