22.01.2022 Just recovered another set of 'leather' dining chairs. The original painted leather peels off like any thing. Recovered in Warwick Beachcomber fabric which is tough, durable and looks good.

21.01.2022 My latest restoration. Timber frame finished in Porters milk paint, rubbed back and sealed with Porters lime wax. Upholstered in Warwick Salamanka Zest.

20.01.2022 It has been an interesting week with a diverse range of work going through the workshop. Making new canvas slings for some outdoor chairs, recover a couple of TV chairs, repair a commodore rear seat and re-build a seat for a Piper Super Cub.

12.01.2022 I have noticed a retro, re-use, trend for a while now that involves using milk crates for seating, usually with some type of slip on cover, with or without a cushion. They look a bit funky in the right setting but tend to be a bit low for people like me. So having a bit of spare time and milk crates I came up with my own take on the milk crate seat. Have a look at my initial 'crate creations'. What do you think?
