25.01.2022 Hi all, this is quite short notice but during next weeks playgroup session on the 16th, we will welcome back Brayden from Cranes to give us a toddler tantrum toolbox talk. More details to follow so watch this space! I think we will all find this VERY helpful.

19.01.2022 Hey everyone, it's our last playgroup session for the year this wed 18th december at 9.30-11.30am so please join us for our Christmas party. 18.01.2022 We will be having a Christmas partyat playgroup on wed 18th December 9.30-11.30am . It will be our final playgroup for the year. Please bring a plate of food to share. Santa will make an appearance . The kids will have lots of fun. P.s we are still looking for committee members so please let us know if you can help out, without a committee our little playgroup can't continue.
17.01.2022 ANNOUNCEMENT Sadly, it has come to the point now that all our committee members, with our increasing commitments with family and work will be unable to keep running this playgroup every week. If we cannot find replacement committee members asap, we may not be able to continue running this playgroup and it would be really sad to see this beautiful playgroup end as it is such an asset to the community.... If you can spare a couple of hours a week to help out please shout out to us. We will be having an AGM next week at our playgroup session and can answer any questions you may have. 15.01.2022 Our Christmas party was filled with Joy, Love, Happiness, Food, Craft and most importantly - Santa!!! We would like to thank Santa, the wonderful 2019 committee and all of our beautiful Valla Beach Playgroup Families for making the morning so enjoyable. It was great to see some new smiling faces who will join our family in the New Year! Playgroup returns on Wednesday 29th January 2020 - watch this space for all of the fun and exciting new things happening every Wednesday ...morning in the New Year! 15.01.2022 For all of our new members joining us in 2020 (First Day back being Wed 29th Jan 9:30am - the below link is how you become a Playgroup NSW Member (currently free to join, and a gold coin donation weekly at our gate). Please take note of your membership number which will be emailed to you to put on our sign in book on your first visit with us. We are looking forward to meeting you all and of course seeing our familiar faces again for the New Year! 10.01.2022 Attention to all of our Members and the Valla Beach Community - Playgroup Update Due to Covid-19, we have made the unfortunate decision to extend the suspension of our Playgroup Sessions for Term 3, with hope in returning to our Wednesday catch ups in Term 4. A meeting is planned to be held towards the end of term to re-assess for a safe return. We would like to thank all of our Playgroup members and the Valla Beach Community for their ongoing support. 10.01.2022 Hi all, playgroup will be back on tomorrow from 9.30am providing the smoke stays away. Hope you all can come along for some play! We are very grateful to have found a new treasurer for our committee but still need a new coordinator and secretary, to ensure our playgroup can continue on. If you can spare a few hours a week, please reach out and we can have a chat. Hope you are all having a nice week. 08.01.2022 In light of the current COVID-19 situation and as it develops, we have made the decision to suspend our playgroup sessions until next term, following Playgroup NSW’s recommendation. If you are diagnosed with the virus, Playgroup NSW has asked that you notify them by email: [email protected] We will be returning on Wednesday 29th April 2020 9:30am - 11:30am. 03.01.2022 Hi guys, we hope you are all keeping safe and well during this time. We are just wondering if we were to return to our weekly sessions in Term 3, would you be interested in attending or would you prefer to wait until Term 4/further easing of Covid-19 restrictions? If you could please take a moment to comment (a private message if you prefer not to comment would also be great): A. Yes for term 3, no for term 3 - or - no for term 3 but yes for term 4. B. How many members (child...ren and adults) would be attending from your Family. C. Would you prefer outdoor meetings and not in the hall? Are you comfortable with meeting in the hall in wet weather?
