25.01.2022 The compressor failed on this old Titan unit and with the condenser coil corroding away it was time for an upgrade. A Patton semi hermetic was installed with a new mechanical board and the freezer room now back down to -21. Happy days!!

23.01.2022 This job is a few months old now but I thought I should share some photos of the work VE Refrig carried out at the new Queensland Country Bank Stadium. *Refrigeration equipment installed for 51x freezer rooms and cold rooms. * Installation of 12x glycol systems. * Installation of 4x heat pumps for the spas.... * Mech electrical. * Assisted Hoshizaki Lancer with the installation of the beer reticulation. R134a for the medium temperature equipment and R404a for low temperature. All evaporators come factory fitted with electronic expansion valves and the systems with long pipe runs have liquid injection valves fitted to assist with cooling back to the compressors. Big shout out to Dan VP, Brad L, Chris H. Liam S and Jacob S who all did an exceptional job!!!

17.01.2022 Tiny Mountain Brewery install from a little while back. 3x glycol systems were installed to chill the beer fonts and vats. 2x Danfoss Optyma condensers catered for the beer vats with 100% redundancy and a bitzer semi hermetic chilled the lines for the beer fonts.

These guys are suppliers to a lot of the major pubs around town, drop in and say gday to Russel if youre in the area.

13.01.2022 Van Eerde Refrigeration were engaged to raise the pipework for 12x refrigeration and 2x A/C systems for a local supermarket just recently. The crew worked in with the supermarket managers schedule and isolated 1-2 systems per night reclaiming refrigerant, raising pipework, evacuating and weighing the refrigerant back in with very little dramas

13.01.2022 A few minor repairs were carried out last week on this old NH3 Sabroe compressor. New oil, oil filter, gaskets and o-rings were fitted plus a general check over.

12.01.2022 A new shaft seal was fitted today on an old Carrier 5H80 compressor after the original seal blew out. The old comp is now back to its cooling duties with new core driers and 4GS oil added to the system.

05.01.2022 A neat little job Liam and Dom carried out last week on a medium temp rack for a local supermarket. The boys designed and fabricated a new suction header to replace the existing pourous one. Change over went smoothly with the refrigeration system being off for only 4-5 hrs. Happy days
