23.01.2022 Ok, so I have had a lot of handstand fear! Especially since breaking my tailbone during childbirth but I have learned, you can't force yourself out of fear of being upside down but you can take baby steps and be gentle with yourself! Keep practicing and working towards your goals and as with any fear.....you will not overcome fear with avoidance! And with baby steps and practice I am getting there! Yay!

01.01.2022 Weekend adventures getting back into nature! No internet, no power or water and the night sky was amazing! These parrots caught us by surprise and were very friendly! The kids loved it though and we were also visited by a little too friendly possum that tried to take our dinner!
