09.01.2022 I will never bother baking a Sunday roast again when I can get this at Vesta ....

09.01.2022 As local as a #VestaSocial As a proud Blackheathen, David is passionate about the Blackheath community. He has a great love for the area, and the quiet Paul Ha...rris Lookout near his home is a favourite place. Having moved here from Sydney 6 years ago, he’s one of the boys responsible for the much-loved restaurant, Vesta, which opened in 2013. This passion for the community translates to their food, as 80% of Vesta’s produce is sourced locally. Even their oven relies on local products, being fired by vintage ironbark from Mudgee. This same oven is the heart of Vesta, its long history making it an intrinsic part of the restaurant’s culture. Built in 1880, it fuels Vesta’s indulgent cooking style of slow-roasted, intimate meals. To bring the community together, Vesta hosts their greatly anticipated bi-annual socials, celebrating togetherness, culture, and most importantly: food. Don’t miss out on experiencing Chef Alfie’s famed cooking skills at tonight’s Viking-themed social. With a pig on a spit roasting over the fire (and vegetarian options available), it’s not one to miss!

05.01.2022 When you open your new copy of "Flavours of New South Wales" this year you will be able to see the little spill on Vesta. So excited to be a part and thank you to all involved. #flavoursofnewsouthwales #flavoursofnsw
