We provide football for all ages and abilities, and uphold our values to the highest extent. All enquires welcome. 04.01.2022 || R U OK, VCFA? || A conversation (a text, a zoom, a phone call!) can make a massive difference to your teammate's life. Life’s challenges, especially at the moment, can leave us all feeling helpless, hopeless, afraid, disconnected and at genuine risk.... A simple way to provide support is by genuinely asking Are you OK? and being prepared to have regular meaningful conversations to help someone who might be struggling to feel supported when confronted with challenges in life whether at home, work, school or in sport. Tag your teammates today, let them know you're thinking of them. Then why not DM them and see how they're doing - follow up is essential. 1. Ask (are you doing ok?) 2. Listen (hear them, give them time and lend an ear to how they're doing) 3. Encourage Action (if they're not doing too well, support them in finding help) 4.
