23.01.2022 **NOT CORRECT TIMES - LOOK FOR VERSION 3.0** BRING YOUR BIGGEST SMILES!!! Next Monday 14th and Tuesday 15th September are Photo Nights!... Please see the schedule for your teams scheduled time...your coaches and managers will have these details and more for you. PLEASE REMEMBER we are required to be Covid-safe so we ask that just the required player and the parent required to drive them come along on the night (we appreciate for some families this may not be possible, and that is ok!). Players need to wear black playing shorts; club socks; and football boots. Managers will give them their playing jersey on the night. Photos are taken in the Function Room of the Victoria Point Sharks Sporting Club and we all meet outside near the canteen in the undercover area (if you need to enter the sporting club, remember your child can not enter with footy boots on). Arrival time should be 15-20mins before your scheduled time below. Thanks Sharkies!

21.01.2022 What a great appointment! With our newly created pathway to Senior QAFL Football it's great having a position like Mick working with our Youth teams and their coaches to ensure we give our kids the best opportunity to progress into Senior State League footballers! #united #oneclub

19.01.2022 Congratulations to Sharks Junior Josh Thomas who reaches 100 games of AFL football for the Collingwood Football Club tonight! How fitting he gets to play it in his home state at the Gabba!

17.01.2022 Hey Sharks Legends. It’s that special time of year again when we normally would do our traditional present drive for the sick kids and their families at Ronald McDonald House. The last 2 years, the response from our amazing Sharks community has been so awesome. Unfortunately, we can’t physically go to the house this year but we still want to continue our tradition of spreading some Sharks love and joy to the families in Ronald McDonsld House. If you or your child has bee...n lucky enough to visit the hospital on our present drive, you’ll know what a special day it is. So let’s continue our great relationship with RMH and let’s give a little to a family in need. And also be grateful for good health. Talk to your kids and mention that this is an important part of being a Sharky. Check out the comments for the link to donate and also the video we had done up last year. Thank you Sharks. Merry Christmas to everyone at the Sharks.

Colts Prelim Final 9am start Reddy’s - 1130 - GF Seniors - 2pm - GF ... Head on down to Beenleigh for a great day of local footy action.. All kids and their families welcome. Get decked out in your Sharks gear and come and support the boys. Let’s create a red and black army so our big brothers feel the Sharks love. They will really appreciate the support. IMPORTANT INFO: All kids are welcome to form a tunnel before each game and run the initial lap with the boys. What a great experience for our kids to be able to do that. Then when we win, we can jam the kids into the sheds so they can be part of the grand final song. Let’s get there and make it a great day for the Sharks. GO SHARKS!!!!!!!!

13.01.2022 They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old; Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn. At the going down of the sun and in the morning We will remember them.... Lest We Forget

12.01.2022 Hey Sharks Fans. Our very own Willo took out the senior competition best and fairest medal last night and also competition leading goal kicker. 39 goals in an 8 game season is a brilliant effort. Taking us back to the Plugger, Dunstall and Ablett days where a key forward would kick 100+ snags in a year. From all of us, CONGRATS mate. Hope there’s another accolade on Saturday with some Silverware for the cabinet.

12.01.2022 Be part of the first ever senior female football team. For our 2020 Under 17 girls wanting to play senior footy in 2021 request a transfer and register now, NO upfront payment needed!!! The seniors need 25 players to register to get up and running. Let’s do this!!!!

11.01.2022 TEAM PHOTO SCHEDULE VERSION 3.0 - PLEASE CHECK TEAM TIMES! It seems be a given that there are always changes to the original photo schedule; so why should 2020 be any different! Am very sorry for the muck around for some teams now having different times, and some with different times and days! I was not aware of some other commitments for players & coaches which were clashing with the original times posted. I am hopeful version 3.0 (version 2.0 didn't even get too be publi...shed it changed that quickly! lol) works for everyone!! ........................................................................................................................................ 08.01.2022 Hey Sharks Fans. Unfortunately today our big brothers went down in both grand finals. Huge congrats to our colts though who jagged the win for their third straight grand final appearance next week. C’mon boys. But far out, the support at the GF today was huge from a Sharks point of view. Heaps of kids and their families there cheering the boys on. ... Unfortunately, no silverware today but we’re all proud of you guys for making the GF in all 3 senior grades. That’s a huge effort. Well done Sharks. Just wanted to extend a HUUUGE thanks to the seniors for letting the kids join them on the initial lap. The kids loved it and it looked amazing. Check out our little champions running with the seniors.
