Starting on Monday the 21st of September, we will be introducing our outdoor boot camp sessions! So hopefully you are as excited as we are!!... 06.01.2022 In the words of the great man... Don't count the days, make the days count". We know now that it will be a little while yet before the gym reopens, but there are still plenty of things you can do to stay fit and strong. ... Our Zoom classes are still running three times a day with Alan in the mornings and Victor in the evenings, and Michelle still has a few afternoon and heaps of morning spots available to book for PT sessions. There are also gardens to plant and prune, new local paths to explore on foot or bike, with the dog or the kids or both (or the rabbit Victor?) and skills and hobbies to be learned and practised, and sunshine to be enjoyed. It's easy to let the restrictions get us down right now, but if we all count our blessings, it's possible we'll find that there are so many freedoms we can still enjoy, and opportunities to explore and expand ourselves are all around us. Have a happy Tuesday evening Legends!
