20.01.2022 Can't think of a better way to round off a busy work day than to enjoy the band at local icon, The Railway Hotel with a steak special and a glass of red.

20.01.2022 On my way home recently we stopped to moved a dead kangaroo off the road to discover a joey in the pouch covered in ants. After a bit of a clean up it was off to Fauna Rescue SA and good to see the little one on the mend, look at the difference a few weeks make!

20.01.2022 Got myself off my sick bed last night (cricket injury - don't ask but it was a great catch!) to honour the hundreds of volunteers who put in thousands of hours work for our community. Well done to John from PCAC and Clare from the PoANT.

19.01.2022 Another night of celebration in the Port. It's been a year since the plebiscite and feast is upon us and Sandy runs the coolest bar in the Port. Get on down to Korked!

18.01.2022 The Port Adelaide arts community is at the heart of our Port and the opening of the SALA 'Healthy Port River' exhibition over the weekend is a vibrant example of the creative talent enriching our lives. Congrats to Catherine from Estuary Care Foundation for this brilliant initiative.

16.01.2022 Did you know that Port Adelaide has the second highest number of heritage-listed buildings in the state? (Right behind the CBD of course!). Are you a property o...wner of a heritage-listed building (or know someone who is) and would love to share a little about your building or place to a wider audience? History Trust of South Australia is calling for registrations for its Open Doors program ~ a special program during South Australia's History Festival in May 2020, exploring the stories behind heritage buildings and architectural history. Earlybird registrations close tomorrow (Wednesday 22 January), with regular registrations closing 6 February. 15.01.2022 Great, but also very sad, to say farewell to Le Fevre High School Principal, Rob Shepherd, a world class educator and wonderful advocate for our Port Adelaide community.

12.01.2022 Lovely to see City of Port Adelaide Enfield Council celebrating the anniversary of successful marriage equality postal survey. I was lucky enough to have a flagpole on my house where I could fly the rainbow flag throughout the campaign. I'm excited to be able to lend my progressive perspective to council for the next four years.

08.01.2022 Great to be celebrating the 30th anniversary of the Seagulls club at the Largs Bay RSL Sub Branch today. These community groups are the glue that bind our society together.
