14.01.2022 No matter how many times you visit the Noojee Trestle Bridge, it’s commanding beauty will never cease to amaze you! The Trestle Bridge in our picturesque town of Noojee was built between 1915 and 1919 and forms part of the railway that once ran from Warragul to Noojee. At 21 metres high and spanning over 100 metres, the Trestle Bridge towers over its surrounds and is one of Victoria’s greatest historic bridges. The pictures simply just don’t do justice!... 13.01.2022 Mushroom Rocks, one of our most identifiable attractions in Baw Baw. Thanks The Hiking Society for showcasing just how monumental these giant granite boulders are in person! Located closer than you think, The Mushroom Rocks trail runs along a section of the Australian Alpine Walking Track and an enjoyable 3km walk. There are campsites too if you wish to stay the night and take in the surrounds. And with the spring weather upon us, this is one attraction you must see to believe! When it is safe to do so, chuck on the walking boots and come visit Baw Baw.

This easy-medium grade track is 12.6km one way and commences at Rokeby Common. The trail follows the former Warragul to Noojee rail line to Crossover Regional Park, Neerim South and continuing along to the edge of Neerim. The Trestle Bridge loop runs for 300m and can take you anywhere from 15 to 45 minutes (depending on how many stops you take for pictureswe can’t blame you; it really is magical!) If you have a few hours up your sleeve, we highly recommend the full Noojee Trestle Bridge Walk. Beginning at the Bridge, this 6km return trip travels along the old railway line to Noojee. In town you can pick up a bite to eat from on...e of the delicious cafes or the famous Noojee Hotel!
