19.01.2022 In the year that just keeps giving, here comes another little hiccup. It is a great thing really, but it means a few more days of NO GYM. As you know we share our space as part of the Secondary College, so when they have stuff going on, we are included by default. Works at the Alexandra Community Leisure Centre on Friday November 27th for asbestos removal, these works will go right through the weekend till Monday morning November 30th 2020.... No member of the community can be onsite while these works are being done. So, Yes, Sorry again but there will be NO ACCESS to the gym during this time. Works will continue on Monday & Tuesday and may impact on the facility having power, unfortunately with no power we have no hot water, so if you were looking for a shower after training enjoy the benefits of cold water only showers.. The normal classes will be provided on Friday morning and the gym can be accessed till 9:00am . Cheers Roger, Dee and Jessie B.

14.01.2022 Omg a week is a really long time. In case you missed it , Vita Nova fitness is back. As of Wednesday October 28th the gym is open, indoor group sessions are on. We are working on a new timetable going forward. Let’s just say through adversity comes growth! There will be morning sessions Monday to Friday @ 6:00am and 7:15 am. Add on an 8:00am session on MWF too. In the evenings It’s all go at 4:45pm every week night with our world famous Super Circuit at 6:00pm Wednesdays. That 19 sessions each and every week. Please use your TeamApp to secure you spot as we do have some very specific COVIDSafe protocols to adhere to. Hope to see you here real soon.
